| Job description | We are currently seeking to hire a new technical staff member to support the R&D activities of our material team. The person undertaking this position will focus primarily on the evaluation of the photophysical, electroluminescent and lasing properties of organic semiconductor laser materials. The tasks of the newly hired technician will be: - Preparation and execution of experiments to evaluate new organic laser materials - Support the development of test and evaluation systems for the development of organic laser materials - Documentation and preparation of the results for the review and discussion with the team - Support of the maintenance of the experimental setups - Collaborating with engineers and scientists to efficiently perform all experiments in the lab |
| Qualification requirements | 【MUST】 - Good interpersonal skills and teamwork focused - Communication proficiency, both written and verbal 【WANT】 - Completed technical or scientific training in applied physics/material science/chemistry - Experience in the field of organic electronics is an advantage - Able to work in a result driven environment, flexible to change priorities and work with tight deadlines - Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) |
